How are our clothing made? |
We only produce your apparel once an order is placed. This lets us avoid overproduction that is widespread in the rest of the industry. Single item printing method reflects our responsibility, sustainability, and eco-friendly values.

What is DTG? |
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on apparel is eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-hazardous, soluble in water, and CPSIA-compliant. They're free from heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE).
We use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified. These are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste.

How are your products packaged for shipment? |
Our apparel products are packaged with recycled, partially recycled, or virgin materials. Whenever needed, we use clear post-consumer recycled (PCR) mailers, tissue paper, foam pouches, or bubble wrap to protect products from breaking or scratching.

What’s the estimated delivery time? |
With our single item printing method, our average order fulfillment takes 3–7 business days for all production techniques.
This does not include shipping time. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?
|
If something arrives damaged, send 2-3 photos of the damaged apparel (full shot and different angles) along with the nature of the inquiry, your order number and contact information to shop@ineverstop.co within 14 days of receipt, so we could further investigate it.

What are the methods of payment?
|
You may securely check out through Shopify Payments. We currently accept all major credit or debit cards with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

What are the recommended care instructions for my garments?
|
BE CAUTIOUS of washing and drying on a high temperature setting as it can FADE, CRACK, and DAMAGE the print.
Please carefully review and follow the recommended care instructions that come with your apparel.

How can I return and exchange my item/s?
|
As we only produce your apparel once an order is placed, your order is made specifically for you.
Currently, we are unable to process returns and exchanges for non-damaged items. Please review product description and size chart to ensure you purchase your desired fit.

What if an order gets lost in the mail or returned to the sender?
|
Please confirm that the shipping address was correct. Contact the shipping carrier to make attempts to locate the lost package.
Please email all claims to shop@ineverstop.co no later than 14 days after estimated delivery date along with the order number, contact information, and confirmed shipping address.
If the recipient’s address is incorrect and/or if the tracking information confirms the delivery at the correct shipping address, we will ship replacement at the customer’s expense.
If the package was returned by the carrier due to “insufficient address” or “no signature”, we may ship replacement with additional shipping fees charged to the customer.
